Springfield, Massachusetts to address and promote citywide community and environmental changes to decrease underage alcohol, cannabis, and tobacco use. 

The Stop Access Coalition is unwavering in its commitment to youth empowerment. Investing in the potential of young individuals is paramount for creating a resilient and thriving community.
